The agreement between us.

Preamble

By downloading, installing, or using the Precog mobile application (the "App") you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If any line below doesn't sit right, the safest move is to not use the App. We'd also love to hear why — write to us.

The service

Precog generates a weekly AI portrait of your projected future self, drawn from (a) one baseline selfie you upload and (b) your sleep, exercise, and hydration logs. Generation runs every Sunday at 7:00 PM in your local time zone. Free users receive one horizon (1 year). Members receive three horizons (1, 5, and 10 years).

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your jurisdiction — whichever is greater. The App is built for iOS 26 or later on iPhone, with optional companion experiences on Apple Watch.

Your content

• You are responsible for the credentials you use, the selfie you upload, and the logs you record (collectively, "Your Content").
• You retain ownership of Your Content. By using Precog, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Content only to provide the service — drawing your weekly portrait, surfacing it back to you, and the operations supporting that.
• You agree not to upload imagery of other people without their consent, sexual content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

What the portrait is — and is not

The portrait is a behavioral compass, not a forecast. It is generated by a generative AI model (Google Gemini) based on the inputs you provide.

• It is not a photograph of your future face.
• It is not medical, dermatological, or clinical advice.
• It is not a guarantee of any outcome — physical, social, or otherwise.
• It is a tool for noticing what your week is quietly drawing, so the next week can be drawn differently.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, fitness, or appropriateness of the portrait for any particular purpose. Treat it as a mirror, not a map.

Membership

• Member features are available via auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) or a one-time lifetime purchase, processed by Apple through the App Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before then.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard refund policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our source code beyond what is permitted by law.
• Bypass our rate limits, security controls, or attempt to access another user's data.
• Use the App to generate or distribute manipulated imagery of any person to harass, defraud, or impersonate.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App or generated portraits as a commercial offering without written consent.

Ownership & sharing

Precog, the precog name and brand assets, and the underlying software are owned by Codeful and protected by copyright, trademark, and related laws.

Generated portraits — as outputs of the AI model based on Your Content — are licensed to you for personal use. You're welcome to share them with the existing brand attribution intact. Removing or obscuring the watermark for commercial redistribution requires written consent.

Account & termination

• You may delete your account anytime from in-app Settings. Deletion is immediate, irreversible, and removes everything we hold about you (see the Privacy Policy).
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the App Store guidelines. We'll always try to write to you first when feasible.

Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED — INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODEFUL AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 50.

Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in-app. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you don't accept the changes, you can always delete your account.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea — except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
